They drove my furniture in a private van directly from the pick-up spot to my home. They packed everything carefully; my furniture arrived without a scratch. Throughout the planning and delivery process, Jantzen and Aiken responded to every question and request that I had; they were great communicators, always cheerful and professional; they did everything that they said they would do; they were on-time, extremely conscientious and hard-working; and their price was fair, exactly as quoted.
